45yo male reporting disturbed sleep, nightmares, ⬆️ irritability, ⬆️ substance use, ⬆️ fights with his spouse, anxiety and anhedonia after being home from his fishing job in the Bering Sea over three months ago. Reports he had fallen overboard during a bad storm and the boat had lost sight of him for about 10 minutes. After numerous attempts with a rescue line 🛟 he was finally pulled aboard and, “had to be in a spoon sandwich by 2 of my buddies in their undies under wool blankets to de-thaw me back to life.” “It was a romantic evening”.
