Medically clear 10yo male in room 7. Chief Cx: Nurse reports child became stuck in the skunk cabbage mud down by the creek last night and was finally found by older brothers who called FD who were able to extract him at 6am. Mother consents to child being interviewed. She and siblings are requested to leave room and mother consents. Pt reports having more anxiety about scolding brothers and mothers inability to pay for EMS bill. Passed on to peer who will follow up f2f at family home tomorrow and mom consents to brief tx school visits x2 week for 4 weeks to mitigate any ptsd that may or may not arise after 30 days.
